        All books are now out of print and will be sold WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.  Book sales are by mail order only, payment to be made by personal check or money order, US funds only.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, books may be returned in new condition for a full refund of the purchase price, less postage.

How To Order
